After shampooing, gently massage Soulfood Nourishing Mask through wet hair from roots to ends. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Use Soulfood as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner. For even more moisture, blend in 2-3 pumps of Water Sign Hydrating Oil to Soulfood then apply.

Made hair feel horrible!
I love a good hair mask, but this is not it. For reference, I do wash my hair daily. I wanted to find a good hair mask as I recently had my hair highlighted and it dried my hair out pretty bad. The mask did have a plenty smell, but it left an awful residue on my hair. I had to use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of it. I will not use this again!

It has made my hair feel so much better. It's less prone to tangles and breakage. It is shiny and healthy looking. The dry hay feel and split ends at the tips are gone! It's not greasy feeling and it doesn't weigh my hair down. Best deep conditioner I have purchased. I use it every other day. My hair is very long, it goes down to the bottom of my back. My hair is medium course and thin but I have a lot of hair so it looks thick, which is why tangles are a real issue. I color my hair and it hasn't been an issue.
I would definitely buy this again!
