Near perfection
I have combination skin. T-zone is an oil slick, sides of face are the sahara desert. For spring to fall, it's all just a hot mess as I try to treat the dryness (and occasional sunburn irritation!) without turning my t-zone looking soaked. This actually soothes and fixes my dry parts without turning my into and oil slick in the middle. I took off one star just because I do have to use something extra on the dryest part of my face (or double apply there) when it's really acting up. But I've now been using this for a week and my skin has already visibly improved, which is an insanely quick turn around. As a side note: when you first put it on, you might get scared that it won't absorb, but just give it a two minutes and it'll soak in.

If you like Vanicream but it broke you out, this will be perfect! Its hydrating but doesnt break me out. Not too heavy but not too light where it does nothing. No scent. My skin actually looks better instead of just moisturizing over the dry patches. I will be repurchasing!
Great for sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder. I use this product on flare up days and as a night moisturizer. Makes my skin feel healthy, look hydrated while helping me ease the discomfort from my skin being dry, red or painful from a flare up.
Medium to Lightweight
As someone who has very sensitive, dry, and acne prone skin, this moisturizer is very helpful for my skin issues. It has never broken me out or caused irritation. It also works extremely well under sunscreen and makeup. The only reason I took off one star is because the product name "intensive barrier cream" makes it sounds like this product is heavy and nourishing for very dry skin, and it's not. To me, it feels like more of a medium to lightweight lotion. I tend to have dry, dehydrated skin that is overly dry some days. I have to use a hyrdating toner under this product + an occulusive at night, otherwise my skin will feel dry with only this product. I will continue to buy this though because I do love how gentle this is and the formulation.

This moisturizer is incredible! My skin felt incredibly hydrated and not flaky. I also used it when I had barrier issues, and it resolved them immediately after an allergic reaction. My skin felt so hydrated and completely restored its texture.
