The Sonic Dryer ON/OFF switch has 3 functions for ease of use while styling. To turn ON and select your heat and speed settings, move the power switch to the middle. Select your heat and speed settings using the allocated buttons on the side of the handle. To lock the heat and speed move the power setting to the top. To turn OFF move the power switch to the bottom. Note: The Sonic Dryer has a smart memory function. If you go straight to the top setting on the ON/OFF switch, it will turn on as per your last setting.

I'll start with saying I like how powerful it is and how fast it dried my hair, but have had a few issues with it, when I first got it it wouldn't blow out hot air, I messed with the buttons up and down and let it flow for 5 mins and still nothing changed, I contacted customer service and they said ...

It tangles my long, fine hair way worse than any dryer. I have a hard time getting volume at the roots with this even with the attachment. Would be good for shorter hair.
