Prep:
Be sure to moisturize skin before applying foundation.
Always shake before use for smooth application.
For medium coverage: Apply 1 pump of Soft'Lit Foundation to the back of your hand. Dip a damp Precision Makeup Sponge 100 into the product and begin applying at the center of your face, or wherever coverage is desired, pressing foundation into skin and blending outward.
For full coverage: Apply 1- 2 pumps of Soft'Lit Foundation directly on the Foundation Brush 145 and blend. Add more to build your desired coverage.

Separated like spoiled milk
I have very dry skin but have never had an issue with texture from foundation. I do not need primer for foundation to adhere or last. I set all foundations with loose powder. My skin is not perfect but it is even enough in tone and texture that I mostly only wear eye makeup and translucent powder. F...

NOT longwear, not even 8hrs
OK at best. Medium coverage, & it does have the nice glowy finish after it's initially applied...BUT...it is not at all longwear. It lasted 6-8hrs max on me, & I was watching tv in A/C (nothing that should've worn it off quickly.) If a foundation doesn't last 12hrs min, it should NOT be labeled longwear, imo. I insist upon 24hrs minimum from my foundations, which is "longwear". I can get 36-48hrs out of some (e.g. EL's dubble where.) The shades are also super fair. I tried both shades 185 & 200, as I'm light with cool pink undertones, but both were too pale, even for my pink skin. & there does not appear to be a shade over 200 that has cool undertones, so I don't see a shade that would work for light-medium with cool undertones. Unfortunately, this foundation was a big miss for me. I wanted to love it, as it's OIL-FREE, & does not cause my skin any irritation or breakouts. But I need so much more than OK performance at this price.
