Really disappointed
This seemed like a great idea for a neck massager. I already have one, but it requires putting your arms through holders, which limits what you can do while using it. This seemed like a great solution to that problem since the pillow is snug on your neck Unfortunately, the massage it gives is extremely weak. Even at the highest level, it feels like I'm barely getting massaged. I've tried laying on it and using the attached straps to have it go deeper, but it doesn't seem to help. Wouldn't recommend
