Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

Doesn't irritate my eyes and removes everything
This cleansing balm removes SPF and long-wearing makeup. I get no eye irritation, which I've experienced with other brands. I use a separate eye makeup remover for waterproof mascara, and need to do this with any cleansing balm. I'll buy this again!
