Unlike any other matte lippy
I've had wrinkles on my lips since I was a kid. This is first matte finish lip product that doesn't make them more pronounced. It's also the first matte finish that feels good on my lips. I hope they never discontinue this product!
Best for someone whose lips don't chap easily
I bought the Smushy Matte Lip Balm in Swipe 2 Smooth, a cherry cola brown, for the winter. This product would be best for someone whose lips don't chap easily, but unfortunately, that's not me. I didn't find this product moisturizing. I was hoping for a lip balm with a pop of color, and while the color payoff is great, because it doesn't moisturize, I found myself constantly having to reapply to keep myself from chapping.
Cute lippies
I absolutely love the color snuggle szn, it gives my lips but better. I also got swipe sesh and it is such a cute bright pink. Dont know if I got a bad one or not but swipe sesh smells like popcorn instead of 'berries & cream' so i top it with another lippie to hide the smell .. I normally pair them with lip liners but I love that they can be worn alone. Even better that the colors are buildable. I haven't experienced any patchiness while applying but definitely will recommend exfoliating your lips before appling because dead skin will show. I also love adding a bit of aquaphor on top just for a bit more moisture.
Lovely Shade but…
This is such a beautiful shade but not for me :( I am aware of the current blurred and matte lipstick trend but unfortunately—because I'm older, in my 60's—I require moisture and sheen in my lipsticks…. this formula is just too dry for me. This shade is also the same shade as my natural lips so if you're looking for a very natural "no makeup" look then this will work for you. I unfortunately had to return this to Ulta. I guess I'm just too old for the new trends! 😆🤭
Must have and it's Vegan!
My new must have! I love this product. The color is great, great value and it's Vegan! Feels fabulous on my lips and looks great. Color stays for a long time. Buying for all my friends and family.
