comfortable, bad applicator
I would consider buying this balm again if NYX reconsiders the applicator. As it is now, it applies like a squeeze tube balm with an angled plastic applicator. Because the applicator plastic and not the "plush" type applicators that Summer Fridays or Laniege has, it feels like it's really difficult to spread the product around, especially since it's a thicker consistency. The product doesn't feel drying for me but it may be a problem for those with dry lips. It's definitely smoothing and covers up my lip fine lines. Because of the consistency, it feels transfer-proof (not overstimulating if it lands on my hands, fingers, etc), so it feels like a very natural and comfortable solution for those who like a light makeup day.
