Cute, casual everyday balm

Perfect Lippie
Keeps my lips super soft and not chapped, anf the one i have is the perfect shade of mauve. I usually hate wearing lipstick but this is like a perfect lip balm with pigment, i love it. I would repurchase this 10 out of 10 times.
My honest response
Color just doesn't show up on me no matter how much i put on but i love the formula its so sad that the container is almost empty after i just bought it like why not put any product in yhe bottle if that is what i spent my money on???
Swing and a Miss
I was excited to try out this lip product since I tend to really like Nyx's lipsticks. As for the positives, the balm is very soft and smooth on the lips, and hydrates fairly well throughout the day. Unfortunately this is where the pros of this product end. Firstly, there is a dismal amount of balm within the tube. A brand new tube tends to be more air than balm. Secondly, when squeezing the product onto the lips, the applicator makes it difficult to properly smooth out the balm. It's the same shape as a standard lip gloss, but a gloss has better viscosity and is more easily spreadable with this angled spout. Because this is a tinted matte balm, it's behaves like you're applying a smushed up soft lipstick, which you can imagine requires a steadier hand for a clean application. I can't tell you how many times I've put the balm on and had it smear outside my lip line. Lastly, the formula is incredibly patchy. Paired with the lack of product within the bottle, you end up having to squeeze so much out just to get some color payoff. I can see what Nyx was trying to go for with making a tinted balm that had the finish of a matte lipstick, but trying to combine two lippies that are so opposite of each other just results in a smeary mess.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I had a perfect chance to wear this lip balm over valentine's day and I loved it! I usually avoid really heavy balms and this was a great alternative to giving me a pop of color without feeling too heavy.
Always Re-Purchasing!
This is my absoulte favorite lip balm ever and i will always be re-purchasing this product! It makes your lips feel incredibly soft and they all smell amazing I've always hated the shine of lip gloss/balm and felt like it always transfered to just the skin arond my lips and never lasted long so i was constantly re-applying, this balm is somthing that actually lasts on your lips and you dont have to reapply it every 10 minutes this is truly my favorite lip product i have ever tried!
