I have super fine and soft hair but I love styling my hair, so I try to find good ways safely use hot tools and I got this when I ordered the Heatwave Pro set. I've used other heat protectants before and they always felt really sticky, so I wanted to give this one a try. First off - I LOVE the scent. It's the perfect mixture of fresh, floral, and maybe a little musk? It's not overwhelming, so I can still use my perfume if I want to or go with the product scent. The bottle is actually really nice and it looks super chic in my medicine cabinet. For a pump bottle, the mist is super fine so it applied really evenly and I didn't get any big spots of product. It's not sticky at all and it says that it's alcohol free, so that explains why my hair doesn't feel dried out after applying. Others I've tried have felt really heavy on my hair or made it oily, which ruined my hairstyle. So far, this one feels more lightweight and I haven't had issue with it effecting my style. I feel like some Heat Protectants can vary depending on your hair type and needs, but this seems like a really strong contender regardless of hair texture. I could see it working on thicker hair or finer hair. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

This is a good heat protectant at a reasonable margin. I love the convenient travel size (yes, it's safe for flights) and I actually just keep this in my go-bag. You get a better value with the larger bottle if that's a factor for you but I personally love something mini and portable. It's got this super fine mist that coats your hair and dries super fast (make sure it's FULLY dry before starting your heat to avoid "bubble hair"). But my favorite part, the SMELL. It's a little floral which can be a turn off for some, but to me it smells just like a perfume I used to use way back in high school released in 2008, "Aerie". It's not available anymore and this scent just took me right back to that time. LOVE IT!
