It does smudge a little
I received this product in exchange for my honest review This eyeliner gives such a cute, vintage vibe — I really like how smooth and blendable the formula is. It's super easy to work with if you want a soft line or a smudged look ✨ It's not waterproof and can smudge a bit, but honestly, I don't wear eyeliner that often, so I don't really mind. It blended easily and looked great, especially in cooler weather. Overall, it's a nice, creamy liner for an everyday look!

Pigmented
It's super creamy, glides on like butter, and the pigment is sooo rich — one swipe and my eyes instantly look bold and defined. I love how easy it is to smudge for that messy, smoky vibe too.
