The ways in which I love Mac's Shade Shift Eyeshadow in Kaleidoscope are innumerable. Application is so easy and butter-smooth. The shade goes on quite opaque, shifting gorgeously and noticeably between pink, gold, and green. The embedded shimmers are beautiful. I would definitely purchase the other shades and highly recommend this eyeshadow pot to all my metallic girlies who love shadows that shift. This Kaleidoscope shadeshift chrome eye shadow by Mac is nice quality and highly pigmented. The color is a beautiful metalic purple that shifts to a dark metalic gold. At first I thought the shade shift feature would be cute and fun, but I didn't really like the way it looked on me. It looked like I was wearing a different color on each eye. Even some of my friends thought I was wearing two different colors, and I got asked a few times why I was wearing a different color on each eye. It just doesn't look right on me unless I hold my head at the perfect angle and the light hits it just right to see the same color shade on each eye. Other than the shade shifting, I do like this eye shadow. It goes on so smoothly, feels weightless on my skin. and doesn't fade.
