Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Honest thought
I really like using this item. It help to remove makeup quickly and does not contain any chemical smell. Sometimes, it does burn my eyes, but I still would recommend this product.
favorite makeup remover
this is my absolute favorite makeup remover, but you can only get the value size online. without fail, the cap breaks ever single time I order it, and it spills out all over the box. it spilled so much this time around that UPS had to double box it, and it still soaked through. the worst shipping job every single time. have no idea why they won't bubble wrap it
Above and beyond for eye makeup
I used to swear by a much more expensive makeup remover and don't quite recall why I gave this a try, but I'm glad I did! It's not at all oily, doesn't burn my eyes, and gets off heavy mascara and eyeliner without any issue.
