Had my doubts, especially for me at my age.
I have been on this program for not quite three months. I do notice that my lines are softer and my skin looks vibrant, and I feel good. I have been told by friends who say with great enthusiasm that I look "great". I'm quite pleased and will continue on this program. PS: I'm 80 years old!

Hard to take
I admit I can't give a real honest review because I found it difficult to keep up this regimen. It requires you to take two tablets in the morning and four at night, two hours after dinner. One, these capsules are huge. Two, I eat dinner so late after work that it's hard to take the night ones befor...

These were easy to take but I didn't care for remembering to take them twice daily. I didn't like the evening dose was on an empty stomach. Overall they were good but too much for forgetful people.

I finally decided to give this product a try. After the second week I thought I was beginning to notice improvement in the appearance of the diminishing of the depth of fine lines and the improved skin texture ; but it was when my sister (who does not know I am taking Serovital) gave me a rare compliment of how she had been noticing how good I was looking lately! Quote" No; really ! I been noticing how good you are looking these days. " that was the real review for me!

I think this is a good product however I don't like taking pills. It's just something else to remind myself to do . The effects are subtle and would need to take longer to see results.
