I've been buying the Shea Butter Ultra Rich Lip Balm for years. Unfortunately, L'Occitane recently changed the formula and it is now terrible. The smell is awful and the product is not effective. This product has been ruined.
I thought I got a dupe!
It seems, unfortunately confirmed by other comments, that something changed - it went from my go to lip balm to absolute trash. So disappointed, guess I'm on the lookout for a new lip balm now.

I use this lip balm all the time, and it's truly amazing. I love its mild, sweet scent. I've noticed that my lips don't dry out as much anymore. Also, when I apply it on chapped lips, it helps soften and reduce the rough, sharp dead skin that usually causes irritation.
