I use this lip balm all the time, and it's truly amazing. I love its mild, sweet scent. I've noticed that my lips don't dry out as much anymore. Also, when I apply it on chapped lips, it helps soften and reduce the rough, sharp dead skin that usually causes irritation.

My all-time favorite lip balm from L'Occitane has changed, and I write this with real sadness. Qu'est-ce que c'est? Pourquoi? Why? Why?.. For decades I came back to this balm. It was one of those rare constants in life, a small ritual of comfort. In a world where everything shifts too fast, this little tube stayed the same, familiar, grounding, so beloved. It was something I could always return to and immediately feel calm again. This time, I opened it and instantly felt something was wrong. The bullet is smaller and no longer fills the tube like before, leaving visible empty space around it. It even feels more fragile and slightly wobbly. Now when I look at it, I see that emptiness and feel like something meaningful used to be there. And the scent. The original soft, subtle, tender, comforting scent I adored is gone. Now it is completely different. Less delicate, less familiar, makes me feel a bit nauseous. It no longer feels like the same bond I was always reaching for. The formula is not the same either. This one is far too gliding, just sitting on top of the lips, and it's gone within minutes. I have to reapply constantly. The original formula maybe required a little more effort to apply in colder conditions, but it felt deeply nourishing, like it truly stayed, protected, restored. I even liked the amount of pressure needed to apply it, it felt rich and substantial. The original balm had no aftertaste. This one has an aftertaste that is not pleasant, and it completely breaks the feeling of comfort the product once gave. I still have the original balm and it's so sad to realize that it might be my last tube.. It is more than disappointment. It feels like losing a small piece of something that has been with you for years. Some products are not just products. They are memories, rituals, emotional anchors. Please consider returning to the original formula and spirit. Some things do not need to be reinvented. Some things are loved exactly as they are. 🤍

I'm very sad to discover that the formula has changed. I have a hard time finding lip balm that works for me and has little to no scent. I've been using this product for many years and use at least one tube a month. The fragrance has increased (too much) and the balm itself doesn't work for me. Unfortunately, I'll have to find something new. This used to be wonderful product.

I Iove the brand, and during the holidays I purchased the little combo with the 2 hand creams, 1 foot cream, a body bar, the nail/cuticle oil, and this was in the box aswell. I was excited because again, the brand is great. It actually works with my dry skin. So i figured the lip balm would too…. Unfortunately not for me.
