I have very dry hands and have tried all sorts of creams. The shea butter cream is the only hand cream that has deeply moisturized my skin. Immediately after applying it, my skin is soft and hydrated. I often use it for my neck and arms because it really makes a huge difference. It is immediately noticeable. I highly recommend it. I also use it on my daughter who has eczema and it keeps it under control.
