Good, but not the best

Overall I'd say that l like this mask. It has a thicker consistency which sometimes weighs down my fine hair or makes it greasy after rinse out but that isn't the case with this mask. I notice it does add a little bit of shine to my hair, and makes it softer and more manageable. I have curly hair so my hair is naturally frizzy, and although this hasn't been a miracle product for my frizz, it turns it down a notch. As far as split ends, I haven't noticed much of a difference as far as this product claiming it seals split ends. The product did also have a faint smell that wasn't unpleasant, so if you're sensitive to fragrance this might be okay for you.

Great value for the money

It does what it says it's supposed to do. The packaging is the typical Paul Mitchell logo and styling. It smells wonderful, with a sweet, candy smell. However, Questionable Ingredients: This hair mask has Phenoxyethanol in it. Repeated exposure can build up in your body and cause developmental toxicity and implicated in endocrine disruption. I micro-needle my scalp regularly and the last thing I want is this chemical entering my bloodstream and body even more or the side effects increasing because of the micro-needle punctures all over my scalp. I have a sensitive endocrine and central nervous system so I only put the hair mask on the last inch of my hair ends. I gave it 4 stars because it absolutely does what it says it will, but I think there's some better hair masks available without some of the ingredients that I prefer to avoid if I can. It is a great value for the money though, and it did leave my ends feeling healthy and undamaged after I just did a heavy bleaching of my hair.

I really like the scent of this project and the packaging is pretty appealing but when i used this product for the first time it helps with my frizziness in my hair a little bit but overall was not really a big fan of it and not really worth the money!
