Mini-Spa facial at home
This device exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, and the shape fits my face and neck perfectly. The vibrations feel incredibly soothing, and after just a few days of use my skin already looks more refreshed. I'm so happy I tried this.
Christmas gift
My daughter gave this to me as a Christmas gift and I love it. Super relaxing, and I'm going to gua sha anyway, so why not add red light, vibration and a little warmth to go with it? The zapping people have mentioned they feel - I only feel this when it goes over a problem area it's working on. Not a big deal. Love it!

Defective and zaps skin
I bought this device not even a year ago and it has been shocking / zapping my skin on the vibration settings. I've contacted customer service and even went to a store location, and it appears Ulta does not want to help me with this problem. There is no reason Ulta shouldn't take back a defective product past the 60 days return window, especially when it is emitting an electric shock! This is an unsafe product and people should be aware! Do not waste your money.
Do not get!
First the product does not reach a wavelength that will make a differnce. I showed this to my coworkers who are medical aesthetician and cosmetic nurse and they said this is pretty much useless. Second, on some of the settings it would shock me and sting for several seconds. Not sure why that happened but again according to the professionals that shouldnt be happening. I have very sensitive fair skin so I try to be very careful about what I purchase.
