Step 1: Dampen skin. In cleanse mode, glide spatula at 45° angle to lift debris from pores. Step 2: Switch to extraction mode to target blackheads and congestion. Step 3: Apply serum and use infusion mode to drive product deeper. Step 4: Use lifting mode to firm and tone. Use 2-3x per week.

Fine, but not necessary
It's an okay tool for the price, but not necessary or game changing by any means. I like using the cleaning setting on it for the sebaceous filaments on my nose, but I don't find that the other settings do much.
