Step 1: Chill or warm globes as desired. To chill, place in freezer for 10-15 minutes. To warm, use heat setting on device. Step 2: Attach globes to device. Step 3: Power on and glide in upward and outward motions along jawline, cheeks and neck. Step 4: Use for 5-10 minutes daily.

Overall, I have really been enjoying this product! I've been using it in the evening after washing my face. I have a job tightness and soreness and it really seems to help with that. I warm the globes under hot water and then do a gentle massage on both sides of my job.
