Bought this shampoo and serum from biolage thinking it would help with my seborrheic dermatitis and it actually made it worse it made my scalp dry, flaky, and caused a flare up! Don't recommend try at your own risk.

Hair Type Straight Hair
I bought the scalp sync pre shampoo treatment when it hit the market. I was absolutely in love! So as an early Mother's Day present I got the scalp sync shampoo and conditioner. I was losing so much hair while shampooing. I have been washing my hair for over 4 decades. I didn't wash any differently. When I got out of the shower and while coming my hair handfuls of hair were coming out. If someone I know told me this happened from one shampoo I would honestly think they were over exaggerating. I decided to give it a few more tries. No luck same exact thing. Hands down never again.
Works really well for what I needed
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I was a big time only Redken user and was noticing a lot of white build-up and dandruff on my scalp and a lot of itching even after just getting out of the shower. My hair stylus recommended I try using this as an every other wash to see if that will help and it worked great! This is what she would use in my hair when I go see her for a wash and trim and even after 1st wash at home I could see an immediate difference. I wasn't nearly as itchy as I was, there wasn't any visible dander anymore and the white build-up you see under your nails when scratching your head was down a huge amount. I notice a huge difference if I haven't washed my hair with it for a while. I have a mixture of thick curly/wavy hair and am fairly oily but have trained my hair to not have to wash every single day otherwise I looked like a grease ball the next morning. Would def recommend to anyone who is struggling the same, bonus it smells really good too.

this product helped clear my dandruff and reduce itching after the very first use! With consistent use, i am happy to say my hair is pretty much flake free and my scalp is no longer unbearably itchy!
