Bring back Clean Reset!
I have been using Biolage Clean Reset (formerly called "Normalizing") shampoo exclusively for over 25 years. I tried this recommended replacement and was not a fan. 1 - It has menthol in it! I don't need or want my head feeling "minty" or numb, so strange, instant deal breaker. 2 - I also didn't like the smell. I didn't even give it a chance to see how it worked with my hair - I immediately washed my hair with some Clean Reset shampoo I have left to try and get the menthol and smell out. But it didn't feel like it was getting my hair clean like the clean reset does. 3 - Considering all that, it is definitely not worth the increased risk of sunburn! Why does anyone think it's a good idea to add an ingredient that increases susceptibility to sunburn in a shampoo?! I already get burned on the part in my hair, I don't need more of that, especially as someone with a family history of skin cancer. For those looking for a replacement for Clean Reset - so far the Biolage Hydrating Shampoo seems to be working ok for me, but Clean Reset was better. Please, please, please start making Clean Reset again!

Shampoo was just alright in terms of cleaning and my hair started shedding a lot after using it. I switched back to my old shampoo and it reduced again. Also didnt lather well

Bring back Clean Reset!!
I have very oily hair and clean reset does such a good job in maintaining it. Scalp Sync does take care of it however it makes my hair shed wayyyy too much. It took care of 1 problem but created another one🫠. I will be returning this after giving it a chance.
