When I tell you I'm a light sleeper.. I'm a LIIIIIGHT sleeper. But this eye mask alone improved my sleep quality so so much! It completely blocks the light (which not many can do); it is extremely confortable AND stays put ALL NIGHT! Get one for your self, get one for your friends, get one for your cat, this is life changing, I promise!

4 stars if you have an average size head its too tight. Other wise it does feel nice and does block the light out. But too tight for me to sleep with gives me a headache.
