HATE the packaging
I loved this as a quick eyeshadow, it was creamy it glided on the eye and quickly smudged, plus I was so happy to see a reddish brown color. Not many drugstores do that. But the eyeliner refused to twist down and ive now hit a pound where I have to return it because it won't twist up anymore, I JUST...

Broke the day after
The day after i got it the pencil wouldnt stay up and eventually it just got stuck on the cap and when i try to use the rest that i have i poke my eye because it wont stay still
Great quality and price
Love it on my waterline! Glides on easily and doesn't smudge. The only con is that it breaks easily. But for the price and quality of the product itself i dont mind. Just twist downwards and stick it back in. Will definitely be repurchasing!
I'm stunned!
I am amazed at the quality of drugstore brands more and more. I did not expect this stuff to apply well, let alone perform. It apples instantly and saturates quickly. I have very sensitive eyes and my eyes water the entire time when I apply eyeliner. This stuff didnt budge. I am well into hour four, after watching Romy and Michelle, crying laughing. It is still 95% perfect. I got it for 5 but. Amazing!
Waterline Perfection
I've been using Essence Stay and Play or Too Faced Killer liners on my upper waterline for about a year. Recently I've been having trouble getting those pencils sharp enough. So I bought this liner and I'm not sorry I did. My eyes are always watering and this formula it doesn't transfer. The built in sharpener gives sharp but comfortable application and it makes my lash liner look fuller. Completely recommend.
