For a softer, smoky effect, draw along the upper and/or lower lash line and blend using the built-in smudger. You can also apply it across the eyelid and smudge it out for a smooth, creamy eyeshadow finish.

HATE the packaging
I loved this as a quick eyeshadow, it was creamy it glided on the eye and quickly smudged, plus I was so happy to see a reddish brown color. Not many drugstores do that. Fades Immediately
The most positive feature about this liner is that it glides on easily. It lacks pigment, fades almost instantly. Very disappointed with this purchase.
Don't waste your dollar!
I love the color and it really stays all day. But like other reviews say, it breaks super easily and there is hardly any product left. Most of mine completely broke. You are basically paying for the packaging and it feels super wasteful. I normally have no issues with Essence products and love their fair price point!
LOVE This Eyeliner!
I wasn't expecting much since it is so affordable but its my new fave! I bought the shade "Bronze Shimmer" I believe its called and I'm obsessed. It is one of the few eyeliners that don't smudge under my eyes! Creamy and blendable but then dries down pretty quick and it is not budging! Also, it has never broken on me once. With even Luxury Eyeliners that roll up, you need to roll it up a teeny tiny bit or else they will break. I didn't have any issues with mine and was actually shocked to see some negative reviews! This is my go to!! Love it!
