I have 1a-borderline-1b hair and it's long—like past my knees long so moisture and detangling are top priorities. I didnt think this was the right product for me when one of the girls at Ulta recommended it because all thr marketing at the time was for 4a-c hair. I am happy to be proven wrong. I'...

Put it in a tube or squeeze bottle!
I've used the rosewater shampoo and conditioner for a few years. But I just finished my last bottle and I won't buy it again until you change the packaging. The pump stops working about 2/3 of the way. I shouldn't have to take out the pump and try to smack the last 1/3 of th conditioner out of the b...

Pump is broken
Pump didnt work straight away after purchasing. No time to go back and swap for replacement. Gonna give the product a shot. Odd thing to note conditioner instructions are not conditioner instructions they are shampoo instructions. For the price, odd. For best results how long should i leave this in my hair… important info - 3-10 minutes from what ive researched based on ingredients.
Love this conditioner!
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have 2B/C thick hair, and this works so well to detangle and moisturize. It has a subtle pleasant scent, and has rejuvenated my dry curls without leaving a residue or weighing them down after rinsing and drying. I'll keep buying this!

I didnt think this was the right product for me when one of the girls at Ulta recommended it because all thr marketing at the time was for 4a-c hair. I am happy to be proven wrong. I've been using this conditioner, rose water hair mask and the miracle repairx deep hydrating mask for a few years now. I've tried to find less expensive alternatives but I end up unhappy with the results (have to apply a detangler and also something with extra moisture despite buying the "moisturizing" line of the indxpensive brand). Needless to say, I keep returning to tgin. I feel like I actually wasted money trying to find a less-expensive alternative. Save your time ladies, this is excellent product
like butter
my new favorite everyday conditioner. wasn't super into the smell at first but the benefits to my hair outweigh any preference there & it doesn't linger outside the shower. i love it.

The pump stops working about 2/3 of the way. I shouldn't have to take out the pump and try to smack the last 1/3 of th conditioner out of the bottle. Please put it in a tube or a squeeze bottle. It's ridiculous how every pump stops working with 1/3 of the product left.
