i really wanted to like this but my hair (3a, fine/medium texture, thick, medium/ high porosity for anyone with similar hair wanting to try this) hates it. it makes my hair sticky, tangled (even after fully detangling??), greasy, and it doesn't help with dryness or frizz. this is my first purchase ...

No rose smell and not hydrating
I've used this several times now on towel dried freshly washed & moisturized permed very curly hair. This does not smell like rose at all; it has a light smell that I can't really give you a description of. Does not hydrate hair. Would not recommend.
The best lightweight leave in for low porosity hair
I have low porosity 2b-3b hair and I've never been able to find a product that both defined my hair and didn't weight it down until this product. I used to try gels on top of non frizz leave ins and my curls just wouldn't last more than 2 days. Now that I only use this product and a leave on hair mask, I only use 2 products and my hair has neverrr looked better!! My curl routine is much simpler and yet my curls last all week almost !! Love love love this product.

I have 2b/2c hair. It's course and thick. I really wanted to like this leave-in. Unfortunately, it left my hair somehow dryer and weighed down. I didn't like the smell either. I'm going back to Pattern.
Holy Grail Product
This is my absolute favorite natural hair product as someone with low porosity type 4a/4b. Its lightweight while also being super hydrating. It also blends well with gels and I dont ever have to worry about product buildup. Overall, I find that my hair is able to retain moisture for a long period of time. Although on the pricier side, I will continue to buy for as long as the product is made. I am also a big fan of the natural rose scent.
Does very little. Doesn't smell like roses

This leave-in conditioner does very little to smooth, condition or moisturize my hair. It smells funny like chemicals and not like roses or Rose water to me. Tried this once but I'll pass from now on.
