makes my hair tangled, dry and greasy at the same time

i really wanted to like this but my hair (3a, fine/medium texture, thick, medium/ high porosity for anyone with similar hair wanting to try this) hates it. it makes my hair sticky, tangled (even after fully detangling??), greasy, and it doesn't help with dryness or frizz. this is my first purchase ...from tgin, and i'm pretty sure it will be my last. fyi, natural isn't always better (poison ivy is natural, does that mean it's good for you? nope) and literally everything is a chemical, even water. don't listen to false advertising and don't think that "natural" is better for you. all you really need to stay away from is sulfates (unless you're clarifying your hair or don't have hard water), some types of alcohols (do your research, some "alcohols" are very moisturizing! also drying alcohols in low amounts helps with product penetration, so if it's the close to some of the last ingredients, don't freak out), essential oils and fragrance (can sometimes irritate the scalp and skin and companies don't have to list the ingredients of the fragrance so you don't know what's in there, again if you can handle fragrance then keep using them) and non water soluble silicones (if you struggle with buildup and volume, if not then go crazy, silicones help with slip and keep the cuticle sealed to help with frizz and moisture loss)
