Let's start with the packaging…I do not like the pump on it at all. Even after pumping the product out it's still flows out on the bottom of the opening of the pump….the scent kind of reminds me older times,not necessarily a good newer fresh scent and it's quite strong…I didn't see anything differen...

I love this shampoo, so far it's the only shampoo that works for my hair, and I have tried pretty much everything. It leaves my hair clean and soft and the smell is just amazing, I am obsessed. The only thing I would change is the pump, it leaks and wastes product. Thanks Shakira for this amazing formula.

I like the shampoo itself—it lathers well and my hair feels clean and soft after use. My only complaint about the shampoo itself is the smell. The packaging is awful. I thought it was cute when I first bought it, but it continuously leaks product.
My new favorite shampoo
I love this shampoo, it cleans so well, usually i have to shampoo twice for my hair to "squeak" not with this one! It cleans very well, when oaired with the peptide mask or conditioner it will leave your hair super soft, ive found mixing it with other conditioners is hard because it cleans so well that it may leave your hair dry if the conditioner isnt strong enough. I love this whole line!

The worst product I have ever tried on my hair. It made my hair very frizzy and dry. I'm returning it to the store for my money back. I will stick with Redken.
