Left my hair worse, not better.
I purchased this after talking with an Ulta employee looking for something to help with my very dry ends. I followed instructions but was left with a frizzy mess to what is normally straight hair. It may be good for some hair but once and done for me. I'll be returning it.
Very drying
I used the no 8 for years before it was discontinued, figured I would try this out, thinking it was comparable but just repackaged. After using this for a few weeks and not being able to figure out what was drying out my hair with no other changes to my routine, I tried this on one side and no 8 on the other side. The no 8 side left me with healthy shiny hair, my 2c waves were soft and frizz free. The side with this mask felt dry, lacked shine, and looked frizzy. Its pretty shocking how bad this is, especially when it's market as a heavy moisturizing mask. I hate when companies change a good thing, no 8 was amazing and I hope they bring it back.

A Little TOO Hydrating for my Curls
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
As a curly hair girl with thicker hair, I thought this hair mask would be a great fit. However, it was just a little too hydrating and thick for my hair. After my first wash, it left my hair very heavy and it had a weird feel. The next time I used it, I put a little less of the hair mask because I thought it might have been my fault for putting too much, but still it was just way too heavy.
