The brand recommends applying it to clean, damp hair, focusing from mid-lengths to ends, and leaving it in for about 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. What I appreciate is that the mask feels instantly softening as it spreads, without the greasy slip some deep conditioners leave behind. For reference, my hair is thick, slightly wavy, with dryness at the ends from years of styling and occasional highlighting.
