Feels so smooth on skin and gives a light breathable feeling. After using for a while I can see my face looks brighter and firmer. I love how it smells .

Moisturizing, smooth, slight fragrance
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This cream was very smooth and felt nice putting it on. It felt like it moisturized my skin, while adding SPF coverage as well. It was not sticky and did not irritate my skin. The only issue for me is since I am very sensitive to smell, the minor fragrance it had did bother me after a while and I needed to wash it off.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I am torn about my review of this product. Hence my reason for a middle of the road "3" rating so that I don't 100% dismiss it with at "1", but I also don't overinflate it with a "5" when I indeed am still considering whether I will continue to use it. I am 51 with what I would call normal aging skin. In other words, I look 50. I have fair skin that burned often in the 1980s so there would be some skin damage that shows up if a dermatologist looked at with their tools. But I've tried to be more cognizant of my skin since the early 2000s rolled around. That said, I have a normal amount of face lines as I do not do treatments or fillers, etc. It's all natural, but I do moisturize my skin and face and apply sunscreen when being out. I wanted to see how this Revitalize Lift broad-spectrum face sunscreen would be. Right away, I noticed that it was pretty thick, but also smooth and creamy. It has a scent that is right in the middle of what I'd call light to heavy. If a person does not do well with scents, I would definitely tell them to pass on it. To me, it almost has a sweet cucumber or melon scent. I do find it pleasing, but noticeable. My first time to apply it, I felt that it was greasy. I was worried that I would break out or that it would set heavy on my face, but surprisingly it absorbed within a few minutes and left a smooth feel. That leads me to the reason I give it a "3". It has to do with the ingredients. Having fair skin, I have looked into sunscreen ingredients many times over the years, and unfortunately, I continue to read about these particular synthetic chemicals that can be absorbed into the bloodstream and the mixed information about whether it can cause toxicity or other problems. As a result, I have typically tried to stay away from two of the main sunscreen ingredients (octisalate and octocrylene) that are found in this product. I'm going to continue to use it for the time being because I do like the way it feels on my face and the 30 SPF is really good, but I will also continue to question those ingredients for myself. Again, if you have sensitive skin or an issue with scents, you should probably steer away from it, but if you want a quick absorbing, smoothing sunscreen with a scent akin to melon, this does make my skin feel nice so I do like that.
