Not sure if it's a cream or a glue

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This was my first time coming across this type of product, and I was very excited to try it because it doesn't seem very realistic that something can actually remove under-eye bags, reduce wrinkles, and overall keep the appearance looking yo...unger. I definitely have things to say about this experience. From the very first application, you notice a lot of things. If you are into health and skincare, you will understand immediately — you don't need time to build up experience with it. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this product. Even though I liked the idea and gave it a fair try, in reality, it was a big miss. First of all, I do want to point out that it does make the eye area look tighter, and it does diminish eye bags — absolutely. But that comes at a cost. The moment you open the tube, the cream smells straight like glue. I was honestly hesitant to apply it under my eyes. Second, the moment you put it on your skin, it starts stinging and tingling. That made me hesitate again, but I decided to continue and give it a chance. I applied a layer and stayed completely still for 15 minutes. Yes, it did deliver some visible results. However, for me, this is where it became worse. As long as your face is frozen and you don't move, the product works. But the moment you start moving your face — especially if you are already in the aging process — this cream tightens the skin so aggressively that any movement creates deep folds and makes the area look even worse. In my case, as soon as I looked down, the skin under my eyes pulled, folded, and looked much worse than before. It felt like my under-eye area was covered in glue, moving and folding like a material with every facial movement. It honestly reminded me more of stage makeup. Maybe it only works if you apply it to the entire face so nothing moves — but that level of tightness is extremely uncomfortable. There was absolutely no hydration under the eyes. The product does not moisturize at all — it only tightens. I tried applying concealer on top of it, and that was a complete disaster. I immediately washed my face with soap, applied my regular moisturizer, and only realized about 20 minutes later that my under-eye area was still extremely tight. Even after washing, the product somehow affected every other product I tried to apply on top. I had to use micellar water and an additional cleanser to fully remove it. I do not want to use this product again, and I honestly don't know who it is meant for. I cannot really recommend it, except maybe for people who don't understand skincare at all.
