Thoroughly cleanse skin and pat dry. Apply sparingly over face and neck, making sure to avoid the eye area. Can be used once a day at bedtime or as directed by a physician. To avoid irritation, begin by applying every other day until your skin shows improved tolerance.
Precautions: Use of a daily SPF 25 or higher sunscreen is strongly recommended as skin may become more susceptible to sun sensitivity during use.

Teen skin can be more sensitive, so if trying retinol, choose a gentle, low-strength formula and use it 2–3 times per week at night, always with moisturizer and SPF. For first-time users, especially teens, alternatives like niacinamide or azelaic acid may be better tolerated for treating acne and dark spots. Product has changed color. Is it still good to use?

Over time, color changes can occur throughout the use of the product(s) and will not affect the performance very much at all. Because we use high levels of active ingredients for optimal results, we recommend using your product(s) up to 12 months from the first use. It works!
I've had an acne scar on my cheek for years and I hate it. I had run out of my regular retinol serum so I went for my "sample drawer". I had this in it so gave it a try! It does burn a bit and dry out your skin, but I had severe acne growing up so that doesn't bother me as much. I am used to it. But literally after 3 uses my acne scar is mininal. I am shocked. I will definitly keep this on hand for the future!
