Does it nees to be applied before serums like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C? Can moisturizer be applied after the Hero Rescue Balm?

The new formula takes a former holy grail product and completely ruins each and every one of its good qualities. The old formula was thin, easy to blend, and highly pigmented; it would only oxidize very slightly when drying, which on my skin tone resulted in a very natural coverage for blemishes. ...

Not sure how other reviews say it show a brown tint? There is no brown tint! applies on well. does help with post blemish redness with consistency!
NEW FORMULA IS HORRIBLE
This used to be my ride or die product but they reformulated it some time in the past year & its HORRIBLE now. Doesnt cover the redness, its sticky, & smells awful. Hopefully i can find something new for my redness issues.
Bring back the old formula
The old formula was the best product ever. I cant find anything like it. This new formula sucks so bad.

this was an everyday staple for me but this new formula is trash! it has no coverage and blending it out is an orange nightmare. guess i have to find a new product. i hope they bring back the old formula!
