Does it nees to be applied before serums like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C? Can moisturizer be applied after the Hero Rescue Balm?

BRING HER BACK
The new formula takes a former holy grail product and completely ruins each and every one of its good qualities. The old formula was thin, easy to blend, and highly pigmented; it would only oxidize very slightly when drying, which on my skin tone resulted in a very natural coverage for blemishes. ...

Bring back old product
Please bring back my moisturizer, primer and makeup.
The old formula was a holy grail product. Will have to go back to my previous makeup. The Milky Cleanser is gone too. This was also a HG one. Is this company going out of business?

Ruined this product by changing the formula
Used to love the old version and recommended to so many of my friends. It was my go to primer/foundation and it worked really well with my 74 yr old facial redness for a few years. So Why ? Why ? Why ? Did they have to go and change the formula assuming that nobody would notice ? Apparently I am not the only one who's disgusted with the change based on all of the other negativity reviews on here. Now I need to find a different brand that works for me. Stupid move on whoever's idea it was to change the formula.
