Apply moisturizing gloves for dry hands to clean, dry hands for at least 10 minutes (tear sachet at notch, remove from sachet and unfold, pull apart seal at wrist and slip onto hands).

Moisturized well but not really my thing
I tried my sample of Aquaphor Repairing Hand Mask, and it did moisturize well. It's essentially lotion inside plastic gloves that you leave on for 10 minutes so the lotion can soak in. The gloves come sealed so you have to pull the opening apart to use them, and they have a wrist strap with adhesive...

Amazing!
I left mine on for like thirty minutes, but I wish I had worn it overnight. My hands were super dry because I loathe the feeling of lotion, but I am pleasantly surprised by how well this absorbed and the thin consistency! It's like a serum. I could immediately feel a change after I took the gloves off. I will definitely start adding this to my routine!!
I would buy again
I used this item while going to bed. I know directions said 10-minutes, but I fell asleep. My hands were much better the next day as my skin was cracked and bleeding prior to the hand masks. I wish I had more than one, but I will check back with Ulta soon to resupply.

My hands take a toll in winter months due to my job & dog walking. They were so dry, almost a "sting" to them. I tried the Aquaphor hand mask (which I left on for 45 minutes), my hands were so soft for weeks. I'm ready for another treatment
Immediate Results
I bought this on a limb after realizing how dry my hands have become lately. The instructions say to leave it on for at least 10 minutes, I left mine on for around 30 and my hands feel entirely different. And this is just two hours later. This mask has become a part of my winter routine.
I love this!
This was my first time trying this and I loved it! It is so easy to use, I mean I had to use my teeth to take the tab off the sticker for my second hand, but not that hard. My hands looked 100 times better and you can just rub in the rest of the product.
