How To Use

Relief Melts are usually most effective just before or when cramping starts.
Elevate your hips and insert the suppository as deeply as possible to allow some time for the CBD to absorb into the local tissues.
After you stand up again, some oil may still drip out of your body. This is normal, but you may want to use a liner or tampon.

Because these suppositories contain all-natural oils, if you are inserting before sex, we recommend choosing oil-safe alternatives to latex.
If you are pregnant or take pharmaceutical drugs, please consult your physician before use.
Avoid usage if you are allergic to hemp extract or cocoa butter.

Ingredients

Organic Fair Trade Cocoa Butter, Broad-Spectrum Extract from USDA organic-certified regeneratively-grown hemp (THC-free, <300ppm).

Relief from Chronic Pain

As someone who suffers from chronic pain due to hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction, these melts have been a life-savor for me! Over the past two years, I have seen 8 medical specialists, multiple physical therapists, acupuncturists and other health care providers to try to relieve this pain. I take...

Eh wouldn't spend money on this again

It's just not worth it. There's no applicator so it's a bit difficult to get in. It didn't do anything for my cramps and discomfort and actually made me feel more bloated/gross. The covering is also pretty difficult to open which adds to the hassle. I've tried it 5x and just haven't seen any results...

Relief

I suffer from severe menstrual cramps. I can barely function. These suppositories have been a game changer. My cramps are not nearly as intense. Using them anally provided the most relief. These were more effective then other brands with thc.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

So I get these for severe endometriosis pain. I use them a little different than most. I melt them in warm water, cut them open and rub it topically on my pelvis and abdomen where the pain is. I'm not big on pain meds so I tried this and it's really the only thing that has helped me. Hopefully it can help you, too 💙 (PSA: I also use it for random joint and muscle pains and it's helped me in that, too. Hope you can find some relief if you try this!)

Great Product, Terrible Packaging

The product is great, but as I've said before, you have got to stop super gluing these things shut. Some of them open easily and are fine, but some of them do NOT. No amount of pulling on the pull tabs gets them to open. I have to attack it with scissors, which usually ends up fragmenting the suppository and making a mess. These things cost a pretty penny, and I would really like to not waste any of it and to not have to struggle with about 30% of them to get it open.

These melts are great and really do help with my pelvic pain, which is a god-send. However, each individual capsule is incredibly hard to open, and the pull-apart tabs are often so stuck together that I have to hack the thing apart with scissors, which, due to the snugness and shape of the capsule, makes a mess. As you might imagine, struggling with this while desperate for some pain relief is not a fun time. Please stop super gluing these things shut, and design a package that is more easily opened!

I hated it. The smell was nauseating, and I don't think we'll be able to use the rest of the package. Very disappointing — an expensive mistake.
