God is sooooo Goood!!!
Ladies!!! God is so Amazing!!!! I got my period 3 Months after having my baby girl and when I tell you It was a heavy flow like no tomorrow. I used a pad and had to end up putting 3 pads on and still felt so uncomfortable that day. God woke me up to nurse my baby in the middle of the night and I...

Size chart way off
I bought two of the L/XL packs since they say they go up to a size 30 pant size and I am a size 18/20. These literally ripped as I attempted to pull them up, and the leg holes were way too small. Very disappointing. I have yet to find anywhere that sells organic period care disposable underwear that...

HAPPY C-SECTION MAMA
I had an emergency/unplanned c-section a week ago, and while I had planned for a natural birth and impulsively purchased these disposable underwears (I had not heard of this brand before but was sold on them being made from cotton), I was so happy to have packed them in my hospital bag and ended up purchasing a larger quantity directly from the Rael website. I was an XXS/XS (approximately 105 pounds) before pregnancy and am unsure of my current weight but was approximately 135 while pregnant, and the S/M size is comfortable and stretchy enough and covers well past my incision site. Highly recommend.
Great
I tried these last bight fo the first time, and I loved them. They're more comfortable than wearing regular adult diapers because they're a little wider and flatter. The cotton is soft and flexible. I had no leaks even though I toss and turn all night. I also love that they arent scented, so I don't get irritated from them. I will buy again.
Not for postpartum with a c-section
These are fine for after fully healed for heavy flow days when menstruating. I originally got them for postpartum after my second c-section. I immediately went out and bought Depends postpartum after the first pair of these. They hit almost exactly on the incision area and have very little flexibility. Depends postpartum/normal are way better for hitting far above the incision and have more stretch/flexibility for when you may still be swollen postpartum. Either option feel like a thinner diaper.
They're unscented—yay!
The absorbency is good (i have moderately heavy flow). I haven't had an issue with coverage overnight and during the day I change them 2-3 times (i wfh so i have that luxury). They are comfortable and my hips are right around 41-43" and i can just fit into the upper size. Previously i was using Always disposable period panties but they scent them and I cannot stand the perfume scent when mixed with menses odor. It makes me nauseous. So I looked and looked for unscented ones and was so grateful to find these. They do give a bit of a granny look but they check every box I have so I highly recommend them.
Love this
I love it. I mainly use them when I'm heavy flow and don't want to worry about it when I'm sleeping.
