Most Helpful Positive Review Best Cream for Redness I can't tell you how thrilled I am using this product! It has made such a difference in my skin appearance. The redness has reduced greatly. I have tried many, many products which claim to reduce redness but all they have done is reduce my bank balance! This cream does EXACTLY what it says it will do -- reduces redness, cools the 'heat' in my cheeks and absorbs quickly and cleanly. When I buy it, I buy in bulk!!! Thank you so much for creating a great product!
Most Helpful Critical Review Comfort On Call's Inferior Replacement Comfort On Call was an epic, miracle product created by Clinique. It was so great that I actually wrote to Clinique to tell them how it had changed a small part of my LIFE. Well no sooner, Clinique discontinued COC forever and replaced it with this, Redness Solutions.
Redness Solutions is nowhere near as great as COC was. As a replacement for the superior product it will have to do because even though it pales in comparison there is still nothing out there that compares for sensitive skin.
As a heavy duty moisturizer for highly sensitive skin and eczema sufferers this is better than anything else out there now that COC is gone. As a solution for redness...it has done nothing to change the tone of my skin or even it out in any way. I do not necessarily have a "redness" issue though, so I am probably not the best person to comment. I do, however, have red areas and as I said, this has not changed that for me a bit.
In addition, you must use only the absolute bare minimum amount at a time or else the product begins to "pill" up on your skin and can cause zits. Starting off with a tiny amount until your skin adjusts is probably a good idea.
In all, for people with extremely dry, sensitive skin and bad skin allergies this is a must-have but it just doesn't seem THAT great when compared to the product it replaced.

I use this in the morning and before bed. My face was completely dry and red. My skin is smooth and visibly less red. I've been using this product for 2 weeks.

My skin was horribly dry and irritated with a red rash on my cheeks and neck in the winter. I tried a few different brands to try and calm my skin, but nothing worked until I found this moisturizer and matching cleanser. Within two days the irritation was greatly reduced, and was completely gone in one week. This cream feels very soothing on my skin. It absorbs easily and leaves my skin feeling very soft. Sunscreen and foundation apply very smoothly on top of this.

I am in love with this product it has helped my redness in my face a Lot! I use it twice a day. I will definitely continue to buy this, I wish it was a bit more affordable but that's okay!

I'm not sure if I received an older or expired product, but I've never had a Clinique product get "clumpy" on my face. It's weird. The product does help with redness, but it leaves clumps of product on my face that I end up wiping off with a towel, so it seems like a waste.

As someone who has mild rosacea, this Clinique redness solution product is perfect. I use it in the morning after cleansing and using toner. It has a light, creamy texture and is very mild. Works well as a moisturizer with its added benefit of reducing redness. This is one of the few skincare products I have found—in any brand—made specifically to address redness. It's sometimes hard to find (Belk only sells it now in a set with 2 or 3 other redness solution products I don't want or need) so I keep hoping Clinique doesn't discontinue it and that Ulta doesn't stop selling it!

I had tried a product previously, but it left my face looking green tinged. Even using very little. This doe not do that, it applies so smoothly and calms down the redness/blotchiness with no green tinge.

This product did not help with facial redness, but actually made my face feel more irritated and red. The smell of the product is also not very pleasant and the cream makes my face feel sticky. Don't waste your money if you want redness relief.

Unfortunately I think they changed the ingredients. I used to use this religiously but now it's giving me a ton of small red bumps on my forehead and breaking me out on the rest of my face :( Will be returning.

Have been trying to find a solution to my red and blotchy skin, it is also pretty dry and sensitive. This cream literally cleared it all. I have little to no acne, so the redness really pops out. This cream solved my problem in a matter of days. I also love the texture and feel on the face.

I have rosacea & was really having a bad "break-out." I decided to try it & happy I did. It's creamy & feels so good on my face. It has also helped to calm my inflamed face so my face is no longer so red & the pimples around my nose has gone away. It's only been 5 days so hopeful it will continue to be good for me. I would recommend you try it.

Maybe over time I will see a reduction in redness. It is refreshing on my skin but I don't see a lot of change in my skin tone. It does feel really good though.

I bought this cream because I needed something to get rid of the redness on my face. The lotion felt great but once dried it began to flake off!! I really wanted this cream to work but for the price I am paying it should not flake off!

This is the only product that reduces redness if you have rosacea and doesn't irritate the skin. Very gentle! No other moisturizers that says it will reduce redness comes close to this.

I started using the daily relief cream for little cuts on my hand, then as hand cream because my hands were so red (am very fair skinned). It worked. About 2 weeks ago my german shepherd dog's carseat leash failed as we were parked, getting ready to leave. The door was open and she dangled out the car but could not reach the ground. I was able to hold her up but struggled to put her back on her seat. She squirmed and her head smack my head/eyeglasses causing a circular bruise around my eye. (no damage to my eye) and a mild concussion. I used arnica, wheat grass etc and ...what worked like magic? This Daily Relief Cream. Bruising began to heal /disappear overnight, cutting the predicted healing time down by at least 1/3 if not 1/2. Thank you Clinique for this magical cream.

After using this for only a week I can say I definitely see a positive difference. My face was dry in some spots and red and blotchy on my cheeks. I am seeing the overall health of my skin improve. I still had redness but it is not as noticeable. That's not just once I put this on, it's after sleeping, when I first wake up my overall skin tone just looks better and more even and less red. I'm hoping it continues to improve after prolonged use. I still have some dryness but that too is improving. Thrilled I gave this a try! For reference I have non diagnosed rosacea.

I took a chance on the redness set and this product is my absolute favorite. I reviewed my skin concerns with Clinique's virtual system and it pointed out redness as an issue, which I had never noticed before. I blush easily and my face has always had a faint red tint. After using this product for about two weeks I had already noticed a difference. Makes me feel so much more confident. Love this product. I have the cleanser, but haven't used it yet enough to know if it helps in conjunction.

Great cream. I liked the texture - dense, but applied well. It stays on the skin until morning, a little film is felt, I don't see anything wrong with that. Suitable for my combination sensitive skin prone to dryness.
