Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil doesn't automatically retract, and too much exposure to air can dry it out.) Line eyes. Use smudging tool on opposite end to get desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely to protect from drying out.

I have tried many eyeliner of all types and brands. Liquid, pencil, even the powder (a mess). I always keep going back to Clinique intense black. It twists up smoothly as well. I don't wear make up as often any longer ( 3 time a week) this liner last me several months.

This is my favorite color eyeliner. It glides on easy, it looks beautiful on and it last all day. I gave it 4 stars because as I was reading the reviews, I thought it was just me thinking this, but lots of people have the same complaint that you all have gone up on the product but are giving less product in the liner. Shame on you for doing this to your loyal customers!
