Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil doesn't automatically retract, and too much exposure to air can dry it out.) Line eyes. Use smudging tool on opposite end to get desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely to protect from drying out.

I've been using this eyeliner for years with no problems. Now, within the past year or so, it will break off with very little pressure, sometimes before you hardly get it to your eye, and you end up with hardly any product left after a very short period of time. Great product. Easy on, stays fresh looking and washes off easily. I put less on for daytime but add another coat or two for evening.

This eye liner has been hit and miss. Some I have ordered worked perfectly fine, then the next one I would get breaks constantly each use until the entire product has been wasted. For the price I pay on this, I shouldn't be having so much wasted product.

worst eyeliner
I would NOT recommend this eyeliner to anyone. It does the exact opposite of what it claims. The eyeliner smudges and is gone before the end of the day with or without primer. I will never get it again.
