Using Essence Quick Wing! Stamp Eyeliner, stamp the wing of your eyeliner to the outside corner of your eye. Then go in using the felt tip on the opposite side of the pen to fill in the wing and touch up any lines for precision.

Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up ...

No way to know if product was new or used, but it works.
There was only one left, and it wasn't sealed in any way, shape, or form. I asked a gal working the floor if there were any in the back (none) or if there was a way to tell if it had been used, and she said "I just tell people to use some alcohol swabs on it if you're worried." Uhhhh, I kind of hate that that is normal practice. Call me bougie, but when I buy something at a retail store, ESPECIALLY cosmetics, I like to know they haven't been used before...but jokes on me, because my impatient azzzzzz bought it anyway AND used it, hopefully I don't catch something!😬 Easy to use, but it smudges/runs very easily with zero staying power, so definitely only for an upgrade for a quick trip tonthe grocery store, not for a night out.

It wipes off very fast and the stamp is a hit or miss half the time it barely stamps. And this might just be because i have hooded eyes but it just does not look good at all

Pen was dried out upon purchase
The stamp is pigmented and opaque, but the pen side was basically completely dried out. I used it roughly an hour after purchase so it was not due to me storing it improperly. Very hard to finish my wing when I can't use 50% of the product.
