Not a good product for everyone
I was excited for this product specially because it tastes so good. Unfortunately I experienced side effects. I few days after starting my bottle, I started to experience abnormal indigestion, constipation and discomfort similar to menstrual cramping. Nothing in my diet had changed except for the supplement so I decided to do some research about the gummies and the ingredients. It seems like you can actually have digestive discomforts due to the probiotics type or quantity. Sugar and probiotics in gummies might actually trigger this side effects. Im not saying is a bad product for everyone because everyone's biology is different. For me this did not work out, I actually started feeling worst after taking them. My suggestion is you return it if you start experiencing the same symptoms.
