Would Not Recommend
Only took the product for 2 days. Instantly had stomach upset. 12 hours later there was bloating. Diarrhea nonstop. Now the store is giving me a hard time returning it.
I do not recommend.
I was so excited to try this product. The flavor was great, but within 24 hours of taking, I began to get itchy, skin turned red w/o even scratching, and I was worried. We went away for the weekend & I forgot these. Started back up, itchy all over again

I don't know how I feel about this product. But everyone has their opinions. I haven't had any results
Had its pros and cons
I took this product for about a month and it had its pros and cons. The pro was that I really did feel like it helped my health down there, and it made me feel more confident about the area. On the con side, it made my hormonal acne MUCH worse - i had tons of acne all around my chin and jawline that i hadnt experienced in months - and nothing was helping. Within a couple days of stopping the product, my acne cleared up. While i wish i couldve taken this product more consistently, its just not worth constantly having a breakout.
