I've been a long time Clarins user and am really disappointed in the new formula. Why the change? Can the original version be restored?

I only bought it because an employee was pushing it on me versus what i actually went in to buy so i tried it and its not good at all. I have oily and sensitive skin. It did slightly help with redness but only for a few minutes after using, it doesn't last
