OGX ProGrowth + Peptide Hair Strengthening Scalp Serum

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I saw great results from using the OG Beauty ProGrowth + Peptide Scalp Serum, especially during a time when my hair has been more prone to falling out due to stress and hormone changes. I was impressed that after only a couple of weeks of daily use, I could see new hair growth and a bit more volume. The formula is clear and liquidy-not oily at all—and it absorbed quickly into the scalp, so it never felt heavy or greasy. I used it daily on dry hair or after a shower on damp hair, and it was easy to work into my routine. also really appreciate that it's fragrance-free. A lot of hair products can be overwhelming or compete with my shampoo and conditioner, or even cause irritation, so having something completely scent-free was perfect. The syringe-like applicator is very helpful for controlling the amount and targeting specific areas of thinning, which I found especially useful. That said, once it started running low, I couldn't tell if there was anything left since you can't see through the packaging or open it. I also wish the bottle were larger—0.33 fl oz feels like a small amount when you're trying to treat multiple areas on your scalp. Still, considering how well it hydrated my scalp and seemed to strengthen my roots for supporting new hair growth, I'd say it was decently effective.

I think although the packaging is very unique and cool, I find it kind of annoying to use. I prefer a dropper for my hair serums. When I use this product I notice my hair gets slightly oily as well which is strange because almost all the other reviews in this product say otherwise. When looking at the formula it's very watery and I can't really smell any sort of fragrance. I haven't noticed any change in my hair since using this product either. I will continue to use in hopes it will start benefiting me with more time but so far I'm not very impressed

I normally have a lot of fallout and my hair is very fine especially after 3 kids close together but this product was easy to use, didn't have a scent, and worked exactly as advertised. I appreciated the application pump for controlled product distribution and the pinpoint tip for accurate use and no mess while using. It absorbed quickly not leaving my hair or scalp oily.

My hair doesn't look or feel oily after using, nor does it weigh down my hair. I love the applicator, it is very intuitive and well executed. A push button at the bottom end dispenses a precisely measured amount exactly where I need it. I don't have to worry about it going in my hair instead of on my scalp. The serum definitely moisturizes my scalp. I had a fairly dry scalp before starting this regimen. I think that contributed to losing more hair than normal. My scalp is less flaky and itchy with use. It does seem to be filling back in, but this is a long process. Only time will tell. I will purchase another tube and continue to use with the shampoo and conditioner. So far, so good!
