Shake well before use. Draw the tip of the pen from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible. Slant the pen to create a thicker line.

First off, I will admit that I still use this product daily despite my complaints, the tube lasts a long time compared to products I have previously used, and it's super black. It's a very good eye liner, there are a few things about it that are a bit of an issue with me. It is very liquid-y but it isn't too pigmented when it dries and it sometimes cracks when it is fully dry. I don't know if it is just mine that does that but regardless it's still usable.

I feel happy when i'm using elf products because if i make corrections throughout the make up it won't give you any discomfort for your skin. I never get any skin irritation with elf products.I do recommend recommend elf products to my friends and family.
