Will Never Go Without It
I started buying the Nioxin Hair Fall Defense Serum mainly for my husband in June of 2025, but I also started using it. We didn't have anything else to lose but more hair! We have not gone without it since! I recently discovered the duo pack with both the serum and shampoo for just a few dollars more. I stock up when it's on sale. I am such a believer that I have also given my daughter and a coworker each a bottle of the serum.
Absolutely NOT safe for color treated hair

Product is not safe for color treated hair. Faded the color out of my hair after just a few uses.

I've been using this for a little over 2 weeks now. Unlike others, I like the smell. The shampoo made my scalp feel SO refreshed! However, I feel like my hair has been getting oilier near the scalp & I'm wondering if that's a side effect of the serum? I feel like I need to wash my hair every day now, whereas before I was only washing it every 2nd or 3rd day. Not sure what to think of the set, yet.

I been using this product almost 2 weeks now the first week I was impressed when I noticed less fallung hair during shower. But this week starts falling again as before. Still using it to see. The hair feels super soft no frizz.
I wanted to love the kit
I purchased this a week ago and have been trying to give it a fair chance… The shampoo is cleansing and smells minty. I was confused that there was no conditioner in the kit or something to buy along with it other than spray. I did notice more volume. The spray is unbearable. I tried to just use it at night and shower it off before work but it gave massive headaches!! I had to shower in the middle of the night! The smell does not go away it just lingers. I had to return.
