Can these be used as a substitute for leave in conditioner? Package says is detangles, combats frizz, etc. I asked Chatgpt and it said it has a heavier consistency than a normal leave in conditioner, but other than that it has all the benefits I would find it the spray options.

Is this a heat protectant as well? If so what is its heat protection threshold?

- Official Answer By It's a 10 Haircare - Brand EngageHi there! Our Styling Potion is a thermal protectant. It does vary based on your hair type. A lower temperature of 250-340°F works best for fine hair types. For normal, medium hair types, keep the temperature anywhere between 300-350°F. If you have coarse, thick hair then you should stick to 400-450°F for best results, and heat protection. We also suggest using any one of our leave in's for a thermal protectant as well!Was this answer helpful to you

Not for sensitive scalps
This works ok when I use as a finishing product on dry hair but doesnt really do much. When I use this on damp hair and blow dry my scalp is super itchy and irritated and now I have little scabs and sores. Discontinuing use.

Love it
I haven't found a way to not use this yet. When my ends are feeling a little dry, I rub some between my hands and rake through and it completely revivews them. Smooths flyaways. Works great for a slick back. Also has a nice light smell.
Does what it says it does
Makes my hair feel lightweight, soft, shiny and silky. My hair is very fine but very thick and frizzes. I use before I blow dry and my hair transforms. A really great product, leaves my hair with no frizz at all. Highly recommend.
Definitely a 10!
A little of this goes a long way. I have wavy/loose curly hair and use this for blowouts (in addition to a hydratinf gel). Leaves my hair soft and helps lock out frizz.
