For sunscreen use:
- Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
- **Sun Protection Measures.**Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
- Children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor

I have used this moisturizer for years and loved it. Especially loved the smell and feel. I wasted my money on the new brown top one. It is not the same as the old green top bottle that I loved and had used for years. I want the old one back!
Gritty Texture!?
I have been using Aveno Positively Radiant... with 30 SPF for about 4 years without any complaints. I noticed new packaging at some point but thought it was the same product because it didnt say it wasnt. It did its job as an every day sun screen, moisturized and worked well under makeup. The last two bottles purchased have had a weird and unpleasant texture with random teeny tiny and sharp! little crystals that are invisible but feel awful on the skin. Really bad...! The first bottle with this issue I thought was just a fluke...bad batch or expired. Also I noticed some pilling with make up but not all the time. I thought it might be another product causing the pilling. Now with the 2nd, current and last bottle the same way I will not be repurchasing. It's expensive (for me) so I will finish the current bottle but it's frustrating to have to find something else that works as well as the origional version.

Someone gave me this as a gift after finding out I liked other Aveeno products and I tried it only to have to immediately wash it off. My skin felt like it was burning! I must be allergic to something in it but I don't know what it is. I agree with another reviewer about it burning. Sadly I had to throw it out as I can't use it. I've used the Absolutely Ageless facial moisturizer with sunscreen for years with no problems and am sad that it is discontinued. I need to know what other alternatives are available with the same old ingredients and not the same ones as what is in this new one. And I really liked the blackberry scent before.

somehow gives me cold sores? havent had them since childhood but the moment i started using this, they came back--never again. the new formula is awful, never buy it.

I've been using the daily moisturizer with the spf 30 that had a light green pump for a few years and purchase a new supply recently. The newer bottle now has a dark brown pump. It's doesn't feel the same on the skin. Thankfully before I threw the older bottle out, I was able to compare the ingredients. There has been some finagling of the ingredients.
