Shake it up!
Sprinkle into wet palm & rub hands together to lather. Add more water for a foamier texture and more gentle exfoliation level and less water for a paste-like texture that boosts physical exfoliation.
Massage onto face, avoiding eye area, and rinse.
Use 1-2 times a week after cleansing.

I thought these would be microdermabrasion type crystals, and would be much more fine. Instead this is a "st.ives apricot scrub" type product, but you have to add the liquid (water). I thought these would be microdermabrasion type crystals, and would be much more fine. Instead this is a "st.ives apricot scrub" type product, but you have to add the liquid (water). Think of it as a dehydrated food product you hydrate yourself, like instant mashed potatoes but skin care. Thats not what most people who spend 50 dollars on this think they're getting- people are expecting a very, very fine powder. I can get the very fine type powder I'm referring to for much less money than this product cost. Other brands make a similar dehydrated skin care product you can get for 30 dollars less. I rarely feel duped by a product but this is just so expensive for what it is. The grains of this powder are huge, even with the stick they include to mix the powder the powder is not fine, at all. And it has fragrance in it to, which no one who has actual skin issues wants in a product- actually I dont understand why any brand for people with problem skin continues to puts perfume or fragrance. I kept the box but I dont think I can return an opened product so I'm leaving this review to help others instead. I can spend 20 less dollars getting 2 separate products: genuinely fine exfoliating powder and a separate chemical exfoliating product, and it will be more effective and less likely to irritate.

I used this and my sister noticed that I had more indentations in my skin than usual.
Poor vacuum
I love this exfoliating powder. My skin looks clean and not over scrubbed. I wish it didnt smell like blueberrys or the fruity scent it has. But the bottle has a generous amount of powder. I recommend wetting face and rubbing the powder into wet face.
